Description
Copper based powder metallurgy oil containing bearings
materials and processes
Base material: mainly composed of tin bronze powder (such as CuSn6-6-3), mixed with anti friction material powder.
Manufacturing process: Metal powder is pressed by molds, sintered at high temperatures, shaped, and then immersed in oil to form a porous structure. Lubricating oil is stored in the pores and self-lubricating is achieved through thermal expansion and pumping action.
Physical properties: Density of 6.2-7.2g/cm ³, oil content of 15% -35%, suitable temperature of -80~160 ℃, friction coefficient of 0.15-0.20, maximum bearing pressure of about 35N/mm ².
Characteristics and advantages
Application scenarios: Medium speed, low load environments, such as household appliances, office equipment, power tools, etc.
Core advantages:
Low manufacturing cost and long-term lubrication free;
Vibration absorption and noise reduction, suitable for clean environments;
Adjustable porosity (high porosity required for high-speed light load, low porosity required for low-speed heavy load).
Iron based powder metallurgy oil containing bearings
materials and processes
Matrix material: Mainly composed of iron powder, reinforced with iron phosphate alloy (Fe-P), and introduced with solid lubricants such as graphite and copper powder.
Manufacturing process: powder mixing → compression molding → sintering (1100-1120 ℃) → shaping → oil immersion treatment.
Physical properties: Friction coefficient of 0.15-0.20, maximum bearing pressure up to 45N/mm ², applicable temperature range similar to copper based.
Characteristics and advantages
Application scenarios: High load, high impact environments, such as textile machinery, automotive shock absorbers, power tools, etc.
Core advantages:
High load-bearing capacity and good wear resistance;
Adding Fe-P and solid lubricants to enhance impact toughness and friction reduction performance;
The cost is lower than copper based, but it is prone to bonding with steel shafts, and lubrication design needs to be taken into account.
The product is constantly improving, the configuration parameters are constantly updated, and the configuration and appearance of the product are based on the actual product.
